Coordinated Family Supports (CFS) are a traditional system vendored service that is provided to participants living in their family home. This service provides supports so participants can continue living in the family home. This may include developing skills in the home, coordinating and getting services delivered, and helping the participant access their community. This service is not included in the Self-Determination Program Budget and would not be part of your spending plan. But you can still receive these services in SDP.
