ACR

An Assembly Concurrent Resolution (ACR) is a legislative measure introduced and passed by both houses of a state legislature, such as the California State Assembly and Senate. Unlike bills or statutes, ACRs do not have the force of law and are not sent to the governor for approval. Instead, they express the collective opinion, sentiment, or position of the legislature on a particular matter.
