SUBJECT: NEW FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES RATES EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2025

 

This letter provides updated Financial Management Services (FMS) rates for Participant-Directed Services, effective January 1, 2025. Previously, the FMS rates for Fiscal Employer Agent (FEA), Service Code 490, had separate per individual monthly rates based on receiving one, two, three, four or more Participant-Directed Services. Effective January 1, 2025, there no longer are separate rates based on the number of Participant-Directed Services received per individual. FMS rates for Sole/Co-Employer, Service Code 491 will continue to be billed per individual per month, at the new higher rate below.

The new FMS rates for Participant-Directed Services are:

• Effective January 1, 2025, the rate for FMS, FEA – Service Code 490 – is $160 per individual per month.

• Effective January 1, 2025, the rate for FMS, Sole/Co-Employer – Service Code 491 – is $265 per individual per month.

 

These rate increases do not apply to FMS services supporting the Self-Determination Program, which are available here. If you have any questions, please direct them to
