Enrollment Information:

Enrollment Requirements:  Can accept direct referrals from Regional Centers or IFs with a draft spending plan (we will not accept referrals without them). Interested parties can also schedule a meeting with us directly on our website from the “Schedule Appointment” tab at the top of the main page.

Start Date Requirements: They must have a signed and approved spending plan by the 10th of the month prior to start date. Authorizations must be in place with the Regional Center by the week prior to the start date.
