Enrollment Information:

Wait List: There is no waitlist. PPL provides 1:1 support from the very beginning—starting with enrollment and continuing through program initiation and throughout the participant’s journey. Eligible individuals can begin on a monthly start date.

Wait List Requirements: Employers are welcome to reach out for a consultation if they have questions, or schedule an enrollment session when they’re ready to begin the process with PPL..

Payment Information:

Vendor / Provider Packet Contains:Includes employer-provider agreement(s). The full list of forms is disclosed and reviewed during enrollment. Forms are completed via our MyAccount platform.

Invoice timing:

  • Due on the 1st (paid by the 10th)
  • Due on the 15th (paid by the 26th)

Invoice approval:

  • Providers can submit invoices through MyAccount, which then routes them directly to the employer for approval.
  • Alternatively, providers may email a signed invoice to the employer, and PPL can assist in submitting it for payment.

Reimbursement: Not available

Credit Card Purchases: Yes, including prepayments (if eligible)

Gift Cards: Not Supported

EVV (Electronic Visit Verification):

  • Our Time4Care app is EVV compliant and required for care delivery tracking.
  • Live-in caregivers may log hours directly in MyAccount and are EVV-exempt if qualified.

Electronic Timesheets:

Time entries can be submitted via the Time4Care app. Live-in caregivers have the option to enter time directly in MyAccount if EVV-exempt.
